  • plaque 4 1/4 in. by 5 3/8 in.
  • 10.8 cm by 13.7 cm
probably Paris, painted in sepia monochrome, signed Martinet, and dated 1820, with cupid bearing a torch and taking the hand of a seated maiden, contemporary giltwood frame. 2 pieces.  

Condition

Plaque is in good condition. Frame has small patches of flaking/loss to the gilding and some minor splits in the wood.
