Condition
Panel has been cradled. There is retouching along some old cracks in sky and down into landscape at center. There is also some lifting of paint surface at center which appears to be stable at present, but should be attended to. Other than these areas, the paint surface is well preserved and there is lovely detail in and nice impasto in foliage, landcape and figures. Ultraviolet light reveals retouching along aforementioned cracks; retouches also visible in sky, a few on mountain, scattered in rocks and some in water. In a giltwood frame.
