each with a rectangular plate within a giltwood border with a basket-flower and scrolling cresting and a further foliate base.

Old minor marks and chippings to the gilding. With old worm to the carved surfaces particularly the foliate detail. Foxing and marks with losses of silver to the back of the mirror, which is old. The back has been reinforced. With some minor restorations to the carving. The bottom section with a metal ring, suggesting a previous mark for a candle arm. The second mirror with some strengthening to the back (appears to be later) and restorations to the front. It is also missing its metal ring at the base. In otherwise good condition.
