Description

  • height 12 1/4 in.
  • 31.2 cm
engraved with swags above a narrow band of shallow diamonds. Small chips.

Condition

One jar has a shallow less than 1/4 inch rim chip. The small jar has a 3/8 inch by 1/4 inch chip to one corner of the base. The other jar has several less than 1/8 inch shallow very minor rim chips. On both jars the feet have been polished/trimmed, presumably to erase small chips. This is not disfiguring. It is also possible that the knops have been polished/reshaped. One cover has a small (less than 1/4 inch) chip to the flange.
