slightly tapered cylindrical on stepped spreading foot rim, the domed cover with scroll thumbpiece and with leaf-capped multi-scroll handle terminating in a curled leaf, the front engraved with arms flanked by ribbon-tied foliate sprays, marked right of handle and cover, base stamped STORR & MORTIMER and numbered 228
