oval with molded borders, the cover engraved with contemporary interlace cypher RF within baroque cartouche terminated by a mask, the cover engraved inside R: Fransum 1710, the base engraved RF and also William * Beckett, Wandsworth, marked on body and cover. Together with a shallow oval snuff box with engraved borders, one masking the hinge, maker's mark only WW in conjoined ovals struck twice on cover, c. 1720; 2 pieces
