Original canvas. There is an irregular tear to the upper right and some associated paint loss (the tear covers an area of approximately 2 by 3 cm.). Some scattered patches of craquleure mainly to the sky area. Otherwise in good original condition. No visible retouching under ultraviolet light. Held in a decorative gilded composite frame.
