Description

  • width: 45cm, 17 3/4 in
of shaped oval form with undulating rim, faceted with star and lozenge patterns, one end mounted with the head of a boyarin, a spear-bearing warrior on horseback emerging opposite, 84 standard

Condition

There are chips to the glass overall but, owing to the nature of the decoration, they do not detract significantly. The base with wear. The silver mounts in excellent condition. (Please note: The width measurement of 45cm includes the protuding spear, which extends 4cm beyond the warrior´s glove.)
