Description
- height: 7.8cm, 3 1/8 in
of rounded upright rectangular form, the surface enamelled in translucent peach over moiré engine-turning within chased two-colour gold laurel borders, the rim set with a band of rose-cut diamonds, cabochon ruby thumbpiece, marked Fabergé in Cyrillic, with workmaster's initials and scratched inventory number 9339, 56 and 88 standards
Condition
There are two discrete patches of restoration to the base and one diamond lacking, otherwise fine. Very attractive colour.
