Description
- width:11.5cm., 4½in
rounded rectangular, the surface enamelled in translucent and opaque polychrome scrolls, bandwork and geometric motifs, the lid inset with glazed photograph of the Tsarevich, later Nicholas II, 91 standard
Condition
Some minor losses and scraches to the enamel on the underside of the box. Similar scratching to the silver with minor dents, consistent with age and use. There are chips to the glass and discolouration and foxing to the photograph.
