- 31.5 by 27cm., 12 3/8 by 10 5/8 in.
depicted half-length with polychrome, crowned enamel halo, mounted with a pierced, floral frieze, the Saint's Bible and pendant also enamelled, 84 standard
Condition
The painted icon bears evidence of advanced craquelure which may have been stabilised with varnish, the oklad is dented in places and the gilding is worn. There are surface scratches consistent with age.
The icon has been unexamined out of the oklad.
