A soviet porcelain plate 'Red Star with RSFSR', Michael Adamovich, State Porcelain Manufactory, 1921

after a design by the artist, the cavetto decorated with a gilded red star centred with agricultural tools, RSFSR in Cyrillic formed from gilt painted flowers, the cobalt blue border gilded with further agricultural implements, with blue manufactory mark dated 1921 and green Imperial cypher for Nicholas II dated 1899 obliterated by painted blue oval 

There is light rubbing to the gilding but otherwise in apparent good condition.
