some jewelled, in various materials: gold, silver, hardstone and enamelled, including one red cross egg, workmaster's initials indistinct, possibly Fabergé
Condition
In varying condition. The necklace has clearly been worn. The red cross egg has small chips to the white enamel. The egg set with blue and red gems is lacking one stone. A diamond is missing from the lapis and diamond set egg. Further dents and scratches. The necklace once held 18 eggs, there are pins where the two missing egss would have been positioned.
