Condition
The panel appears sound. There is a layer of surface dirt and discoloured varnish. UV light reveals a layer of opaque varnish which prevents a more conclusive examination, however some old retouching to the edges and some other spots to the lower foreground can be detected. Held in a gold painted moulded plaster frame. Unexamined out of frame.
