Condition

The original canvas has been restretched. The paint surface is clean and there are fine lines of craquelure in places. UV light reveals a few areas of retouching along the crease line where the canvas had previously been folded over a smaller stretcher. Held in a gold painted plaster frame and unexamined out of frame.
