Condition
Original canvas. There is a layer of light surface dirt. UV light reveals sweeping retouching to areas of the sky especially the upper left corner, apparently over areas of older restoration. There are some further spots of retouching along the edges and elsewhere. Held in a gold painted wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
