Condition

Original canvas. There are diagonal lines of craquelure visible in places throughout, some lines to the top left hand corner are slightly raised. There is evidence of old stretcher marks along the edges. UV light reveals patches of restoration to the sky and the sea and smaller flecks of restoration along the lower edge. Held in a gold painted wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
