comprising an arched rectangular tea canister painted on either side with a sepia and gilt flower and leaf spray, a pair of teabowls and saucers painted with floral sprays, a teabowl and saucer painted with a mantled shield, a teapot stand painted with buildings in a landscape and two larger teapot stands each painted with either a flower-filled vase or a blue flower spray within a central roundel. Tea canister lacking cover, come chips and haircracks. 10 pieces.
Condition
Tea canister: lacking cover, minor fine haircracks to the neck, otherwise good condition.
Teabowls and saucers with floral sprays: one teabowl with a pinhead rim chip, the other with 3/4 in haircrack. One saucer with a 1/8 in rim chip, previously restored (restoration is now chipped away), the other saucer with a 1 in. fine haircrack.
Teabowl and saucer with mantled shield: teabowl with a 1/8 in rim chip and a 3/4 in. haircrack, some wear to gilding in the interior. Saucer with some very minor wear to the gilding in the shield.
Teapot stand with a landscape: good condition, very minor wear to gilding.
Teapot stand with blue flower spray: 1 in. haircrack to the rim, minor patch of wear to the center.
Teapot stand with vase of flowers: some minor wear to gilding, otherwise in good condition.
