after an 18^{th century model by Christopher Gottleib Jüchtzer}, modeled with two maidens seated, one clipping Cupid's wings, the other breaking his arrow, on an oval rocky base, crossed sword marks in underglaze-blue. Some restoration and chips.

Cupid's left fingers are chipped; the right-hand maiden's left arm has been broken at the wrist and re-stuck; her thumb and index finger are chipped and the feathers of the arrow are chipped; small chips and losses to the flower garland. There is a haircrack running across the base from front to back but does not extend into the foot on either side. There are losses to the ends of the ribbon attached to the quiver of arrows and very minor chips and retouched chips to the edge of the base.
