surmounted by a white-veined marble top, the frieze decorated on three sides with flower garlands above three glass panels opening from the left-hand side to a velvet-lined interior.
Condition
Overall in good condition with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks to veneers and carcass consistent with age and use. Slight tarnishing to gilt-bronze in places. The marble with the usual chips to edges and scratches to surface consistent with age. The front lacking one brass molded border. The left-hand side lacking a mahogany molded banding to the frieze and with loss of a flowerhead bronze corner decoration along with its canted mahogany support, two brass molded borders lacking to this side as well. The square base will need to be re-glued to pedestal.
