Overall in good condition. The two tone burnished gilding with the usual dirt, scratches and tarnishing consistent with age and use. Candelabra branches and scrolling base must have been cleaned at some point as they are bright and shiny. Giltwood and composite base with extensive losses now showing gesso and metal rods consistent with construction. Cracks and dirt and craqueleur throughout. The red velvet fabric with extensive wear and holes to edges. The clock has two faces. The putti on the right side slightly loose. The seated faun probably once held an attribute in his hand.
