Condition
Overall in good condition with some scratches. Highly dirty but could be easily cleaned. One small chip to the front edge of the sculpture.

Catalogue Note
Vacossin was born in Granvilliers (Oise) and exhibited at the Salon between 1902 and 1937. A master of canine sculpture, some of his dog groups were used for Sèvres factory models.
