comprising: a pair with scenes of Napoleon on the march, one with a maiden wearing pink drapery within a gold foliate border, one with a bare-breasted maiden within a blue and gold swag border, one with a bust-length portrait of a maiden within a blue and gold 'onion' border, one with a maiden wearing a small red hat and gold drapery, one with a maiden with a ribbon and flowers in her hair, one with a maiden wearing a purple hat crowned with daisies, one with a bust-length portrait of a maiden in a white dress, one with a bust-length portrait of a maiden within a lustrous purple and gold border, one with a maiden with a cupid in an arbor, one with a bust-length portrait of a maiden on a grey-green ground within a gold reticulated border, and the tazza with a portrait of a peasant girl, pseudo shield marks in blue or red. Minor chips, wear to gilding and restoration.
Condition
Tazza: plate reattached to stem.
Plates: all in good condition except the plate with the maiden in a white dress and jewelled border has a 1/4-in restored rim chip at 7 o'clock; the plate with the maiden and a cupid has minor wear to the gilding and jewelling; the plate with Napoleon on horseback has been in half and restored back together.
