Median folio (12 x 8 5/8 in.; 304 x 220 mm). 278 (of 280) leaves; lacking fol. 1 (supplied in photostat) and blank 29:8/8, but retaining the final blank; fol. 2 heavily repaired with significant loss to the borderpiece, other crude repairs to about 20 more leaves including the colophon leaf, stains on various leaves, some apparently supplied from another copy. Bound in two volumes, early nineteenth-century dark-stained sheep, blind-stamped centerpiece, edges sprinkled green, endleaves renewed.
