Chancery folio (10¼ x 7 1/8 in.; 262 x 185 mm). 284 of 288 leaves; lacking the final blank, fols. 1-2 (with passepartout and border), and 287 (with colophon), the first three and last six leaves remargined, affecting a few words, other leaves with marginal repairs, many leaves heavily stained. Nineteenth-century vellum, edges brown-stained from earlier binding.
