Chancery 4to (8 x 5½ in.; 204 x 133 mm). Types 7:80:G (text), 10:155G (titling), 36 lines. Initial spaces with printed guides. collation: A–B6 C4 D6: 22 leaves, D6v blank. Rubricated (lombards in red, one in blue; the major initial in pale yellow with crude red ink infill); waterstains at foot of leaves and in outer margins, the outer half of blank D6v browned. Nineteenth-century brown paper boards; the endleaves replaced.
