Description

  • 79 by 110 by 100 cm.
of walnut and pinewood, the hinged top with edges and inner well trimmed in robe-twist pattern, supported on frieze carved on all sides with scrolling foliage, the legs joined by stretchers and inlaid with panels, pierced with Gothic tracery

Condition

The top lightly soiled, the sides and legs with wear, the feet with added blocks to increase height, Minor traces of old woodworm. The construction of the top altered. Formerly a hinged top but now fixed to the sides. The side with the lockplate inserted with a drawer.
