of elegant shape and thinly potted, painted in blue with ducks by the water's edge, the everted rim with shaped reserves containing flowers and auspicious motifs, the reverse of the rim lightly sketched with similar reserves; together with a similar dish, the centre painted with flowers spilling from a bowl on three feet, section of the rim repaired, possibly with section replaced

The first with some minor rim frits and minor light surface scratching. Three hairline cracks (each circa 10cm.) running down from the rim. The second with a larger section (about one panel) restored and partly overpainted, as visible in the catalogue image. A hairline crack (circa 10cm.) running down from the rim. Minor rim frits and light scratching to the glaze.
