- 257 by 145 by 66 cm.
in two sections, veneered in finely grained walnut, the top centred by a mirrored cartouche above two mirrored doors enclosing an interior with open compartments arranged around a central closed compartment and four drawers, the bottom ledge incorporating extractable candle holders, the lower section with slanted writing surface, fitted on the inside with open compartments, drawers and a central well, three long drawers below, brass mounts replaced, feet apparently missing

Condition
Overall in reasonably good condition, urn-shaped ornaments along the top are additions. Overall with old restorations to the veneers, very minor traces of woodworm. Restorations to the construction of the interior. Hinges and handles replaced. One moulding of door loose, but with the piece. the central mirror plate much flaked, the bevelled glass door panels may have been replaced, originally probably supported on squat ball feet.
