Description
- the first 103 by 81 by 39 cm., the second 64 by 91.5 by 45 cm.
the top rail finely carved with gadroons and halved fleur-de-lys, centred by an urn with flowers, two doors below with knobs of brass, flanked by fluted columns; together with a small, late Baroque walnut chest of drawers, the front raised on lion paws
Condition
The first with dark brown patina and slight traces of old woodworm throughout, the bracket feet added at a later date; the second with honey coloured patina, with the inevitable minor dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. the lockplates replaced, minor traces fo old woodworm, small restoraions to the moudlings
