  • the reverse signed in underglaze blue with the imperial cypher for Nicholas I, inscribed in Cyrillic, reading Off 1st Infantry Corps, off 1st Artillery division, off 1st Field Artillery Brigade, numbered and dated and indistinctly signed by V. Stoletov
  • 23.8 cm. diameter
the cavetto painted with Cossack soldiers, the well gilt and engraved with wave-pattern, the border in dark green, partly gilt and tooled with four Imperial Eagles alternating with Cossack military emblems, the rim gilt
