Aquatint printed in colors, 1964, signed in pencil and numbered 36/50, on Richard de Bas laid paper, with full margins, in good condition apart from small areas of damp stain in the background of the image, a dark fox mark in the lower margin, the verso with remains of tape, pale light- and time stain, framed
Condition
The print is in good condition as catalogued. There are approximately 7 small circular areas of damp stain in the upper right quadrant of the image, none with diameter larger than 1 inch. The fox mark in the lower margin is dark but well away from the image. Pale light-stain appears in a window around the image and the sheet edges have darkened over time. The verso has a few small pieces of tape along the sheet edges from prior hinging, as well as mottled discoloration at lower right, not showing through to the recto.
