Drypoint, 1914, signed in ink and inscribed 'Essai', a proof aside from the numbered edition of 15, on chine appliqué laid to a BFK Rives wove support, with full margins, in good condition apart from pale mat stain, the verso with scattered foxing, remains of paper tape along the upper sheet edge, framed
Condition
The print is in good condition overall. The paper tone is yellowed along the sheet edges. There are clusters of foxing within and surrounding the plate on the verso, not showing through. Paper hinge tape remains along the upper sheet edge on the reverse.
