Four aquatints printed in colors, 1930, executed for André Suarès' unpublished Cirque, from the total edition of 270, on Montval wove paper, the second on BFK Rives laid paper, published by Ambroise Vollard, Paris, with full margins, in good condition apart from occasional pale light- and mat stain (4 prints)
Condition
The prints are in good condition as catalogued. Light-stain is darkest on the second print where it appears in a window around the image, darkest at the mat opening. Elsewhere, exposure to light and acidic mats have slightly darkened the paper tones.
