Condition

This luminous print is on paper with a semi-glossy surface. It is in excellent condition. As is appropriate for a print made in the 1940s, it is mounted to a thin, cream-colored board with a smooth - but not slick - surface on the front and back. Also typical of Weston's presentation in the 1940s are the initials and date on the mount, rather than a full signature and date. There is very minor scuffing at the upper right corner and faint edge-darkening on the front of the mount. On the reverse, there is very minor light soiling at the periphery.
