This early print, on double-weight paper with a surface sheen, is in generally fair to good condition. There are several sharp handling creases, including a 9½-inch crease breaking the emulsion at the upper right corner, at the swathe of blue ink. This may have occurred during the photographer's embellishment of the work. At the margin edge, the crease has become a one-inch tear. Visible in raking light are 6 smaller sharp creases that do not break the emulsion. On the reverse are blue ink droplets and a small celllo tape remnant at the upper left corner.
