Condition

Panel is cradled. there is a vertical panel join down center with some losses and two other vertical joins on either side. the one at right has some loss at top and is visible in upper background. in general, the paint surface is very well preserved and there is excellent retention of detail in figure and costume. ultraviolet light shows retouching throughout background and a small area on forehead over join. some scattered retouches here and there on costume. In an elaborately carved and gilt wood frame with some losses at corners.
