The illustration in the catalogue is representative. This lively outdoor scene is lined and offered in a gilt wood Salvator Rosa frame which is structurally in good condition with some paint losses. To the naked eye there are some very minor scattered paint losses, visible in the catalogue.The impasto remains in many areas. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouchings, mainly where the losses have occurred. Overall this luminous painting is in vary fair fair condition.
