Condition
The catalogue illustration is representative of the painting.
The panel is offered in an important Flemish wood frame (about 16 cm.).
To the naked eye no major restoration can be seen, only an area of repaired damages along the right hand side, visible from the catalogue illustration as well.
Inspection under ultra-violet light confirms the afore-mentioned restoration and reveals areas of retouchings, particularly on the Madonna face and hands and on the Child faces, hands and feet.
