Condition
The colours in the catalogue are representative of those in the painting. The canvas has a firm relining. The paint surface is secure and under a dirty varnish. This varnish prevents satisfactory inspection under UV light but some scattered retouchings are visible, notably in the sky. Offered glazed and in a carved gilt wood frame in fair condition.
