Condition
The canvas has been relined. The paint surface is secure and fairly clean although a little abraded in areas. Inspection under UV light reveals some fairly minor scattered, non-invasive retouchings and strengthenings throughout, particularly in the darker areas. The painting is ready to hang.
Offered in a carved and gilt wood frame with some very minor knocks and losses.
