Lady Neave (according to an old inscription on the reverse of the panel support).

Condition

The single copper panel is flat and stable and held into the frame by a wooden panel. The paint surface is generally secure with some minor paint losses and discoloured old retouchings. There are some areas of frame abrasion along the edges. Inspection under UV light reveals further retouchings and strengthenings. Offered in a carved wood frame with some knocks.
