Condition
The canvas is unlined. There is an r-shaped tear upper right of approx 15 by 8 cm., a very small hole of approx. 0.5 cm by Wisdom's left hand, a vertical tear of approx 5 cm below this, a small vertical tear of approx 1.5 cm centre right and some paint loss along the edges. The paint surface is otherwise secure and under a dirty and somewhat discoloured varnish. There are scattered retouchings and strengthenings although thorough inspection under UV light is impeded by the varnish. Offered unframed.
