Good overall condition.
The paper is slightly raising along the left edge.
Under ultraviolet light:
There are a few small scattered retouches in the broken column lower left, above the left pillar, around the bas-relief in the lower right corner.
Thin vertical restorations in the left pillar.
Part of the sky has been restored, above the arch and on the right.
Some scattered dots of repaint in the architecture.
