Description

  • La Sainte Famille couronnée par un ange
  • Huile sur panneau, polylobé dans la partie supérieure
    (petits manques)

Condition

Good overall condition. Panel is composed of two non parquet pieces, non reinforced and perfectly joined. The paint is beginning to lift a little bit, with just a few paint losses, in the upper part above the crown held by the angel and in the lower left corner in the pedestal. There is a nice uniform cracks network visible to the naked eye. Under ultraviolet light: Some traces of an old varnish. There is a vertical restoration going from the mouth of the Child to his right leg, along the separation of the two boards (20 cm). We also note a slight retouche in the angel's right leg.
