Happy Birthday, a proof aside from the total edition of 550, published by Pictures on Walls, London, on sturdy wove paper, with full margins, numerous creases, scuffing, creases to the lower right of the image, a tear to the lower margin, two short tears to the upper margin, each with associated paper losses, laid down 

Please note the defects as described in the catalogue, the mentioned creases to the image possibly associated with the work being laid down, the scuffing mostly to the lower half of the image, please note the mentioned tears, the diagonal tear to the lower margin measures approximately 25mm, the tears to the upper margin measure approximately 5mm each and are 5mm apart, other dents, minor creases, and surface dirt to the margins
