Etching, 1927, from Balzac, Le chef d'oeuvre inconnu, signed in bistre ink (somewhat faded), numbered 79/99, printed by Louis Fort, published by Ambroise Vollard, Paris in 1931, on cream Van Gelder Zonen wove paper, with full margins, in good condition apart from some discoloration to the sheet and uneven mount staining in the margins

Condition

As catalogued, the mentioned uneven mount staining a result of the work being mounted differently. A small pin hole to the extreme lower right edge and a couple of tiny spots of foxing in the margins.
