Etchings with engraving by De Launay, Helman, Patas, Guttenberg and others, 1776-1783, 24 plates from the set of 26, lacking the two plates after Freudeberg, various states, some proofs before letters, good impressions, 14 plates with margins, the others trimmed within the platemark, slight paper discoloration, minor foxing and staining, occasional folds and creases mainly on four plates, one small hole on two plates (away from the image), other minor defects; and after Sigmund Freudeberg, Monument du costume (first serie) (C. 1118), etchings with engraving by Romanet, Lingée, Maleuvre, Voyez and others, 1774-1775, very good impressions of the second state (of three), Le Bain with wide margins, Le Coucher trimmed within the platemark at top, the others with narrow margins, some fox marks and minor paper discoloration
