Aquatint, a good impression, 1948, signed in pencil, numbered 1/25, on Marais wove paper, with full (?) margins, in good condition apart from pale uneven light-staining, a short tear at top centre of extreme edge of sheet, minor handling creases and pale paper discoloration at extreme edges of sheet
Condition
The sheet size is 5mm shorter than recorded by Duthuit but there is no obvious indication of cutting, the mentioned short tear measures approximately 7mm, two stray pencil marks at left extreme edge of sheet away from the image
