Condition

The binding is mid-19th Century red calf, with roll tooled borders in sides in gilt and blind, the upper cover in gilt, flat spine gilt, gilt edges. The spine is worn, the covers rather rubbed and scuffed. The watercolours are all fresh and in good condition. Some of the pages are slight soiled and stained. A few have a tears, mostly at the bottom starting from the end page 71 , 66 ( top), 62 , 51 , 49 torn up to the figure and repaired with a piece of paper at the back, 44 , 42 ,41, 37, 35, 32, 29, 24 22, 18, 13 , 12, 8 . .
